This Candidate Privacy Statement explains how we, Bilgin Albayrak Attorney Partnership, process your personal data that you have provided to us within the scope of job application and recruitment processes within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

We process your personal data based on our legitimate interests in order to carry out, process and evaluate job application processes and to carry out general recruitment processes and to contact you within this scope. If your job application is rejected, we will keep your information for a reasonable period of time in accordance with the LPPD. Your personal data may also be used to contact you again in case there are open positions that we think may be suitable for you in the future. Your personal data may be shared with institutions or organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation.

As Bilgin Albayrak Attorney Partnership, we collect the following information during your visits to our office or website, physical or online application forms, face-to-face interviews and similar verbal, written or electronic means:

• Information we obtain from your references and security/reliability screening to check your suitability for employment

• Visual records obtained through other closed circuit security camera systems (CCTV) during visits to our office
• Other information we may request about you within the scope of your job application
• We take all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security when processing your personal data.

Before providing us with information about a third party (for example, contact information of the person to be contacted in case of emergency), you must duly inform the person in question within the scope of the KVKK and, if necessary, obtain his consent for the processing of his data.
