Hicran Biçer graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020. She subsequently completed her Master’s degree at the University of Vienna. She is fluent in English and possesses a strong academic background in law.
Throughout her professional career, she has focused on continuously enhancing her legal knowledge and professional expertise, particularly in the fields of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Arbitration.
